Tiny Humans Grow to be Voters.

Obviously this medically factual photo is a tiny human being in the amniotic sac and what appears to be part of the yolk sac too. You will see that the size of the baby's head is out of proportion to the rest of the body and is about 1/3 the length of the body. You will see the tiny fingers and the blood vessels in the head and face as they are developing. They look like tiny red lines in a network.

I am adding this photo here because the plan of Obama to socialize health care financing [it does little if anything for real health care] is intended to force citizens of the U S to subsidize the premeditated murders in the womb of these tiniest humans. I am opposed to that always. I am ALWAYS opposed to the premeditated killing of innocents in any nation by any method for any so-called reason. There is no such right as the 'right' to kill one's offspring.

The attempt by Obama to ramrod 'the plan b' Nazi Medicine effort on this nation is evil because it plans to kill innocents and it plans to pay for that with taxpayers' dollars; and it also plan to kill the sick, elderly, handicapped as it 'caps' the delivery of any meaningful health care for them, and redirects all money to lawyers, PEER review groups [who gets health care services and what services and who doesn't and by how skilled a person] , insurance companies and courts. Remember the Obama plan is to fine individuals up to $1700 { I think that is correct figure read it in news] for being too poor to buy 'insurance' from companies whose goals are profit. And I am not speaking /writng against profits. A certain level of profits is essential for a business to stay in business, pay the workers, pay the bills for the location etc. There is obviously a difference in need and greed, and it is greed that drives the Obama plan. Obama took a $10 million dollar 2 week vacation before being inaugurated. Then another one 9 months later. And has globe-trotted ever since election seeing the world on taxpayers' money. He is not a stay at home President-do-your-job sort of guy at all. He is a cheerleader for the Olympics and a marketing guy for a lot of socialist causes but a President in name only.

I am opposed to the Obama plan for many reasons.The primary reason for being opposed to it are the tiniest humans that you see in the photo above on this entry. They have a Constitutional right to life and that should not be undone by tricks and deceit and con-games of Obama and his Goebbels-like propaganda team.

The previous entry for some reason, bad faulty software on xanga apparently deleted not only my photo of my original sketch of the Bolivian President or allowed someone to steal it via twitter or facebook.My sketch is signed and it has my notes in it,and you could see it on my website at gloriapoole.com/my-sketches by the name Bolivian President. And xanga tried to block my entering anything into my own blog with my own name on it because since the beginning of this blog they had no security on it.So lots of dialog boxes popped up trying to block my writing on my blog. The website I wrote about in the previous entry and that xanga removed the words of to leave it as a blank white space in the entry before this one is gloriapoole.info and of course add the http:// before it. And how so like the heathen NYC to put ad of a prostitute selling s-e-x on the blog of a Christian writer opposing killing of innocents. But hey, the s-l-ut photo you see that is present at 7:51AM Sunday morning 16-August-2009, that is an ad for illicit s-e-x where her cleavage is out and she is breaking the federal laws about soliticing -s-e-x over internet, that was placed on my blog was put there by xanga as their way of thumbing their noses at Christian beliefs. Prostitutes are the norm for those seeking abortions so maybe the prostitute in the ad that is illegally soliticiing, that was hired by xanga will read what I wrote opposing abortion and not have an abortion? It could happen. NYC is the city of prostitutes for certain --look at jezebel Hillary out in the world selling her government provided campaigning in Africa.

And also for some strange but not really considering the level of excellence lacking from the internet, the questions xanga asked me were in Chinese! Go figure that one ! I don't speak or write Chinese but I am sure that is their way of politely saying we don't want you on xanga because you are prolife and Christian. That is a message that richochets through the atheist internet frequently. Unfortunately.

Therefore, I logged back in to add this warning to all: Also as I logged out, someone tried to fry my computer harddrive! It set the year on the computer back to the year 2000 and the month to December and the time to 11:00 pm. That happens to me often when I am writing words opposing Obama and his particular evil brand of socialism and death-to-the-unborn-of-the-world. His voodoo krewe of computer-hackers try to fry the computers of prolifers! Prior restraint is also unconstitutional and has penalties of three times the award to the person who was illegally censored for religious beliefs.

But here's the thing religious discrimination is illegal in the U S. And NY is in the United States so what is the problem?

This is the previous entry that really contains what I wanted to add here and I am adding it again since it made the Obamites so mad they tried to fry my computer. I don't want you to miss it::

I have finally gotten control of one of my domains with my real name in it of http://gloriapoole.info and there is a website up on it again, after it was down for three months because of fraud and cybercrime by 1and1.com a hosting company based in Pennsylvania. They tried to steal my name and identity and my websites with my original paintings, sketches and drawings, original photography,original poems,and my writings on the web as a Registered Nurse. I contacted the FBI and they are helping me to get my name and identity back from cybercriminals who broke into my internet account. Anyway you may see some of my sketches I drew then painted on that blog. I tried twice to add my photo of my sketch of the Bolivian President but xanga blocked the upload of it. I have discovered that some companies are perfectly willing to help people who are not me, steal my photos and writings, but then balk when I ask for help. Cybercriminals are becoming the norm on the internet so be cautious. I have had many losses because of doing business legitimately on the internet [paying for services only to have them stolen by criminals]. How do we CITIZENS define U S government?

I read an op-ed piece in the NY Times a few minutes ago and from a moral or legal standpoint it is propaganda. That quote in it about the 'right to privacy' including Roe v Wade turns my stomach. If the stupid and the wicked in the U S understood that words have meanings and that they are not supposed to be like a piece of elastic stretched to fit whatever. First of all,the words 'right to privacy' do not apppear in the U S Constitution or the Amendments to it. The Fourth Amendment says citizens are to be free of unreasonable searches and seizures of their persons, papers, houses and personal effects but that is a paraphrase. I will look up the actual words and enter it as update. If a medical doctor probing into a woman's most intimate and hidden parts of her body with sharp instruments on a seek and destroy mission is NOT a unreasonable search and seizure then in the NAME of THE MOST HOLY GOD what does constitute an unreasonable search and seizure in the minds of that Congress-from-hell? IF there is any such right as the right to privacy why is it selective? Where is it on April 15th of every year when Americans en masse are expected to reveal almost every detail of their incomes their expenditures, living arrangements etc to the federal and /or state governments? Where is it when a woman like me exactly like me who is living in state subsidized housing because the state refused to uphold it's own laws to protect me from a dangerous felon, is told to submit bank statements because they are afraid they have left her with a penney? { I do not intend to submit bank statements to corrupt politicians or corrupt agency workers based upon the 4th Amendment, FYI.]
In the second place, Roe v Wade had absolutely no precedent in any law in America or in the English common law that is the basis of much law in the U S since the U S began as colonies of emigrants from what it now called the United Kingdom. And it has absolutely NO precedence in the Judeo-Christian-Muslim laws either. There is no such right as the right to kill one's offspring when they are the tiniest and most vulnerable. The facts are that humans in the womb are human. Indeed they cannot be any THING but human beings. They derive from a human man and a human woman and therefore by the law of the species they are human by definition. And they are also human by virtue of human DNA and human brains, and human cells and human blood, and human intellect and human emotions, some with more of those than others depending upon how old in the womb the human is, but humans are human. For the NY Times or the Washington Post to continue the ungodly and evil idea of killing humans because of their age [in the womb or 'elderly', or handicapped etc] or for any reason when they are not guilty of a heinous crime, violates the very essence of American law. IF the law does not protect innocent babies then of what use is it for anyone? If a baby has no protection from the U S government then what sort of government has the U S become? Read the Bible about how the Roman soldiers ran babies through with swords when they were determined to destroy JESUS? And how the Roman so-called leaders ordered midwives to smother Jewish babies when born. Do not be fooled that the 'hispanic' cultures are influenced and controlled by the church of Rome. Read and then understand that the Roman church is not prolife and never was. Italy has one of the lowest if not the lowest birth rates in Europe. Latina women and men tend to see children as commodities to use as bargaining chips. Sotomayer does not have children at what age? That should tell you she is not prolife. And her childhood is not the qualifying factor of whether she is the Judge this nation needs. Her childhood or her lack of a father as a child cannot be the determining factor of her concept of the U S Constitution or rule of law.
I was told by a hispanic person that hispanics consider themselves superior to black people. I know for fact that catholic people and almost all hispanics are catholic; and in their so-called worship, bow down and pray to things made with human tools and pray to the dead and they have their festivals in the cemetary for the day of the dead or something like that. Their religion is not based on a LIVING GOD and they do not even know the Commandments of GOD in most cases. They think they pay their way into heaven with paying money secretly to ungodly and not-called-by- GOD-'priests' . Sodomites are NEVER called by GOD to lead the people of GOD since GOD does not violate HIS own commandments and laws.
The more relevant questions to ask Ms Sotomayer are in what situations do Americans who are not pregnant women have the "right to privacy"? Since the "right to privacy" instead of the actual words of 4th Amendment is the spin liberals use as a code for abortion rights? So do women have a different set of 'right's then men in this nation? And in what situations do Americans who are not hispanic have the right to be secure in their dwellings and their papers, and their personal effects? And in what situations do Americans have the second amendment lawful right to defend themselves from government intrusion if need be with weapons? And in what situation do Americans have the lawful right to be protected from government supported killing factories? And if the U S government allowed murderous felons who were murdering those other than in the womb for example if they were murdering grown and not innocent federal judges would the U S government allow the defense of 'right to privacy' to obstruct the prosecution of a murderer? Does a heinous murderer of innocents have a so-called right to privacy to hide murderdous behaviours? Do the US citizens have a right to be protected from murderers? What is the duty of the U S government and Supreme Court--is it to protect the innocent or the wicked?
And in what situations do innocent babies have the right to be born alive?

Human Embryo To Human Fetus in Womb

killing establishment of Planned Unparenthood [widescale slaughter of innocents in womb HQ] is located on Wall St or near it in

New York City and they HATE me for publishing facts and sketches of humans since their goal is to kill all the preborn humans of the

From Embyro to Fetus in the womb : medical facts
by Gloria Poole,R.N.

There are several distinguishing features of the

transistion of an embryo to a fetus. Both of these words

are medical terms for a certain stage of development in

the womb. There is no abrupt change from the embryo to

the fetus. Instead there are cumulative changes that are

evolving day to day. The embryo changes from an

amorphous shape to more of a tiny human with all parts.

Also all of the major body organs have either appeared

or the precursor of them has developed. As the embryo

survives the second month in the womb, and is alive at

the beginning of the third month, the tiny human is less

vulnerable to the effects of disease in the mother, or

radiation of the mother, or medicines the mother may

have taken. Of course women who are pregnant should

never drink alcohol or use drugs! At any stage of the

pregnancy the baby in the womb is harmed by alcohol, and

many drugs have teratogenic effects. The term fetus is

appropriate after the major organs are either formed

entirely or the precursor of them is present e.g. for

the kidney. The fetus is still vulnerable but not as

much so, since the tiny human has a larger body and

therefore it would take larger doses of medicines

through the placenta to harm the tiny being, and the

tiny baby also has more developed organs to filter the

medicines that might pass to the baby through the

placenta. At the end of the first month after

fertilization the human embryo is about a quarter of an

inch in length from the top of the flat bulbous like

head to the end of the emerging legs that look at first

like a tail. Most of the organs are beginning to take

shape as the cells continuously divide and

differentiate. The tiny human develops by a 'blue print'

that is built into the chromosones and genes that the

tiny human received from the mother and from the father.

Twenty-three chromosones come from each parent in most

instances. In Down's syndrome the chromosones are

different. The baby's brain develops first since it is

needed first. The wisdom of GOD in creating humans is

obvious if you really study human anatomy and physiology

much. The outlines of eyes appear and a primitive mouth

and by 30 days after fertilization the three primary

parts of the brain are present , and the eyes, ears, and

nasal passages have begun to develop. The beginnings of

the backbone is present but that first month the tiny

embryo is sort of hunched together in a C shape. There

is no discernible arms or legs yet but the "tail" will

become legs. The heart will have started beating even

though it is not completely formed. The tiny human has

a closed circulatory system that includes the baby's own

blood vessels and also the umbilical cord and placenta

to the mother. The digestive tract opens from the mouth

downward for the first time on about the 28 th day

after fertilization by the male sperm. The liver appears

by about the 21 st day after fertilization. The thyroid

gland begins to form. The stomach, intestines,liver and

pancreas are there but there is no anus yet. The lungs

are not developed yet. Lung buds begin about day 27 and

the trachea [windpipe ] appears a few days after that.

By the time the tiny being would be called a fetus he or

she would have gained weight to one gram or about one-

thirtieth of an ounce, which is not as much as an

aspirin tablet but for the tiny human it is significant

progress since it means a 50-fold gain in body mass

gained during the second month over again what the tiny

human weighed at the end of four weeks after

fertilization. By day 31 muscles appear in the pelvis

and arms and legs begin to form and look sort of like a

bud on a tree in bloom.The valve separating the chambers

of the heart appear on day 31 or soon after. The germ

cells [sex determining] move along the mesoderm toward

the genital ridges and will form either ovaries or

testicles. By day 32 the caudal muscles appear [in what

becomes the baby's behind] and the last pair of gill-

like arches that will develop into lungs appears. By day

33 the cerebral cortex in the brain develops. By day 34

more of the muscles that will become the thighs and legs

develop and the stalk that separates the baby from the

yolk sac lengthens. By day 35 the primitive germ cells

have arrived in large numbers near the ridge that

develops into the kidney. And the olfactory part of the

brain that regulates small is present in the brain. By

the fifth week the tiny human is 8 millimeters or one-

third of an inch long from crown to rump and weighs

about 1/1000 of an ounce. The jaws are forming and the

face is beginning to look like a human face. The

umbilical cord is present and is the only part connected

to the placenta. The pituitary gland is forming in the

middle of the brain. The pharynx branches into the two

parts that will go to each lung. The membranes

[peritoneum] that separate the intestines form the chest

have formed and separate the lungs,heart and trachea

from the stomach and intestine. By day 36 the arm and

legs buds appear, and the 'tail' starts to shrink and

the baby may start moving about.
By day 37 the intestines have grown enough that they are

beginning to curve into their adult shape. The brain

stem that controls respiration is recognizable. By day

38 the jaws of upper and lower begin to look symmetrical

and with an mouth between them and the eye muscles have

begun to form in the orbits. Hands that look more like

paddles form and then when the fingers elongate they

look more like hands. The insides of the baby have grown

so fast that they sort of bulge and could be seen easily

through the almost transparent skin of the baby. By day

39 the nerve fibers are present to connect the sense of

smell of the olfactory nerves. By day 40 the pigment

[color] of the eyes could be seen through the

transparent skin also. The jaws are well formed and the

teeth, and facial muscles are forming also. The gill

arches disappear and the diaphragm appears that moves up

and down in respirations though the baby does not

breathe in the womb but later sort of practices that

effort. The liver starts producing red blood cells and

takes over from the yolk sac. By day 42 the reflexes

being and fingers and toes are more visible and the

beginnings of gonads are visible. By the sixth week the

fetus is 13 millimeters or half an inch long from crown

to rump. Cartilage that will become bone appears. The

head seems huge in relation to the rest of the body and

bends forward onto the chest since baby is still sort of

a C shape. Fingers appear. And the mammary glands begin.

The stomach and intestines rotate into position, muscles

lengthen and both cartilage and bone are visible in the

forming skeleton. The kidney has begun with the

pronephros the first but non-functioning kidneys. By day

44 the retinas of the eyes form, and also the palate of

the mouth and and the canals of the ear. By day 46 the

gonads are formed either ovaries or testicles so the sex

of the baby. Viola by day 48 after fertilization the

tiny human looks like a human! And is definitely a

fetus.

Honour thy father and thy mother; that thy days may be long upon

Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor's house, thou shalt not covet thy

neighbor's wife,
nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox,nor his

donkey,nor anything that
is thy neighbor's.

And in Exodus 20:23, "Thou shalt not make with me gods of silver;

neither shall ye make
unto you gods of gold."
