| I read an article in the Columbia {Missouri} Tribune this am and I am glad it was written. Thank you for covering/writing the
prolife point of view about the mock trial of Scott Roeder in Kansas, a prolifer who shut down a killing center all by himself by dispatching
the abortionist-assassin-Tiller to hell where he belongs.
And here is my reaction to the statement by so-called defense attorneys for Scott Roeder: being prolife,
and believing that humans are made in the very image of GOD, with the intellect and emotions and physical appearance
like unto GOD [see Genesis 1:27 for exact words or read it in footnote*] and also believing the commandments of GOD
and the scripture verse in Genesis 9:6 ** are not unreasonable beliefs. And for you to apply that word 'unreasonable'
to the people who believe in GOD and the words of GOD is religious discrimination on the face of it. What is unreasonable
is the lack of the US Justice Dept seeking any justice for the innocent. What is unreasonable is the refusal by the
US Justice Dept to file RICO charges against 1) Center for Reproductive Rights as they call it,
but GOD would call it evil, and 2) Nancy Northup individually, and 3) Vicki Saporta individually,
and 4) National Abortion Federation as they call it, but GOD would call it abomination, and 5) Kathy Spillar individually,
and 6) Feminist Majority Foundation a political arm of killing machinery, and 7) Planned Parenthood which is the
killing machinery, and 8) SIECUS a political arm of killing machinery, and the 8) the democratic party whose
'platform' is to depopulate and ruin the US and rig elections.Those groups have a organized crime in kiliing
and rigging elections.They buy judges and courts and lobbyists, and Congressmen and women, and Senators by the
dozens;and the US President is in their pocket. That is unreasonable. the organized crimes of killing for money, and
rigging elections are what the RICO Act was supposed to prevent. The refusal by the US Justice Dept to
protect the innocents from premeditated deliberate destruction is a failure to represent the good people of
the US while they offer SS Nazi-era protection to those who kill. It is abomination.
That assassin-abortionist-mass-murderer of innocents-Tiller was NOT innocent but evil abomination;
and I am glad Scott Roeder killed him. And I pray that GOD also raises up some group or nation that
kills all the abortionists and all the evil killing machinery of murderers of innocents-in-womb and
shuts down every killing center That is Biblical to protect the innocent. Scott Roeder may the only man in America
after GOD's own heart to be a champion for the unborn/preborn.
I am furious. There is a GOD and HE does not approve of premeditated killing of the innocents. If you doubt that
then it shows /proves that you are heathen and totally unfamiliar with the word of GOD = Bible.
And where in the US Constitution are the words that there is such a right as the right to kill innocent human babies?
And where in the US Constitution or preamble to it or Declaration of Independence considered the founding documents of
this nation are the words the right to life? The words right to life are there, but the words right to kill innocent humans are not there.
Scott Roeder, demand civil liberties as the written law fo the U S Constitution gives you which includes the right to state your beliefs and live by them
and on a witness stand, and the right to be protected by the Constitutional Amendments to a fair trial, and the right to a defense; and I would
add also,the right to defend the nation against attack from abortionists, and the right to be a good citizen to prevent evil slaughter of
innocent human babies.
I tell you this, the good people of this nation are rising up in rebellion, because GOD is not mocked,and this
nation has sowed death and destruction to the innocents created by GOD and mocking GOD called such evil a 'right'
but it is always a wrong. Always ! The US will go down as a nation, and will become like all the places that
legalized sodomy, abortion and abomination against GOD--> that would leave a remnant of a nation. GOD has all but
destroyed California because of what that evil Nancy Pelosi tried to ramrod through Congress. And GOD has sent
invasion to America from the Saudi Kingdom, from the Mexican nation, and they come like ants to sugar. The US is
already experiencing the consequences of their rebellion against GOD.
Scott Roeder's beliefs are very reasonable,that unborn innocent children should not be slaughtered like sheep,
with not the compassion of the way the US government requires animals to be slaughtered but in cold blood
with no anesthesia as they are torn apart, and no mercy for the true innocent human babies. The ungodly in this
nation will NOT make the rules because there is a GOD. GOD will thwart every attempt by Congress to legalize the
premeditated killing of innocents in the womb, and if that means destroying the nation that will happen too.
GOD is not mocked according to Galatians 6:7.For too many years [nearly 40 since that evil Roe v Wade decision]
that tried to label premeditated killing of innocents as a 'right" GOD has waited patiently until the gospel truth
was told . But now the evidence of the reality of America's situation on the brink of national collapse,
bankruptcy and takeover by communist China, shows that GOD is ruining America.
Scott Roeder fire your lawyers and get some that believe that being prolife-- FOR LIFE--is a reasonable belief
and get some that believe that men are required by GOD to have the courage of their convictions. And appeal your
sentence and state plainly what you believe and why in the witness stand, and insist on your rights in the true
laws to defend your beliefs and not be silenced by a Judge bought by Planned Parenthood. The true laws are that
if a civil law is unconstitutional and any law intended to depopulate the nation would not be in the best interest
of the state of Kansas or the nation,and would not meet muster for the right to life clause it may not be upheld.
Fight for your constitutional rights and the right to life for all US Citizens in the womb. Fight for the First Amendment
liberty to believe in GOD and act on those beliefs.

| About the bill pending before the upcoming session of Congress on the subject of financing of health care: Please read the actual letter sent by SC Attorney General Henry McMaster to the Congress, and the letter is signed by the AG of Washington state= Rob McKenna, and the AG of Michigan= Mike Cox, and the AG of Texas= Greg Abbott, and the AG of Colorado= John Suthers, and the AG of Alabama= Troy King, and the AG of North Dakota= Wayne Stenehjem, and the AG of Virginia= Bill Mims, and the AG of Pennsylvania= Tom Corbett, and the AG of Utah= Mark Shurtleff, and the AG of Florida= Bill McCollum, and the AG of Idaho=Lawrence Wasden, and the AG of South Dakota= Marty Jackley. These attorney generals charged with the duties of protecting the U S Constitution and their respective state's relationship to the federal government are pressing the issue that the deal made with Sen Ben Nelson to buy his vote in exchange for the federal government paying the Medicaid fees that would be created for new enrollees forever, is unconstitutional on the face of it; and that it is unfair to expect the other 49 states to have to meet mandated by Congress exorbitant expenses while not expecting the state of Nebraska to do that. The entire health plan refinancing scheme has many flaws, and the way I see those are as follows: 1) it is attempt to label the premeditated killing of innocents in the womb as so-called 'health care' when it is a not, and is indeed a murderous act of evil. 2) It attempts to force taxpayers to pay for the premeditated killing of innocents in the womb, even taxpayers who are consistently conscientous objectors for decades to such evil. 3) It attempts to take from Medicare programs for the elderly who cannot be hired, or the disabled who cannot be hired, the money from the taxes they paid into the system, to redirect it to abortionists and the healthy in schemes to "prevent'" disease instead of treating actual disease. 4) It is an attempt to create a Constitional amendment in a runaround by not calling it a Constitutional Amendment in their effort to bypass the will of the citizens of this nation who would NOT vote for any new right named 'abortion " and who would NOT vote for taxpayers to foot the bill for killing of innocents in the womb on demand. Constitutional amendments have to be ratified by 2/3 of the states and that would not happen and Congress knows it, and they are attempting to sneakily rewrite the Constitution to codify the evil of abortion as law. They have not authority to rewrite, amend the Constitution without the people voting on it. 5) It is an attempt to create new health care crimes and an attempt to create crimes of poverty that are punishable with fines, and what if the fines cannot be paid by the poor,do they go to jail for being too poor to buy insurance, a service that really cannot guarantee anyone's health? 6) It is an attempt to make MDs and RNs health care police expecting them to report those who show up for health care services without insurance cards. It is shameful, dishonest, and unconstitutional usurpation of the lawful authority as delegated to the Congress by the Constitution. The Congress does not have authority to legislate what citizens must buy or how they spend their money, except as it pertains to the national security of the homeland [defense spending, military, roads, etc]. Those who do not have insurance have many options including free clinics for the indigent { I volunteered as a RN in those for years and so did a lot of very good doctors;] and health care screening offered through churches and Red Cross, and the public health dept already funded for communicable diseases. There are resources and I know that for certain, and those people collectively are not the foundation of the nation and the national 'common welfare' is not dependent upon them. It is ruinous to rewrite the Constitution in communist tactics and bypass the citizens' voting on amendments to the Constitution for any group! The very foundation of America is the Constitution and for the Congress to attempt to radically rewrite it without subjecting it to the ratification by the people is unconstitutional . Obviously this medically factual photo is a tiny human being in the amniotic sac and what appears to be part of the yolk sac too. You will see that the size of the baby's head is out of proportion to the rest of the body and is about 1/3 the length of the body. You will see the tiny fingers and the blood vessels in the head and face as they are developing. They look like tiny red lines in a network. I am adding this photo here because the plan of Obama to socialize health care financing [it does little if anything for real health care] is intended to force citizens of the U S to subsidize the premeditated murders in the womb of these tiniest humans. I am opposed to that always. I am ALWAYS opposed to the premeditated killing of innocents in any nation by any method for any so-called reason. There is no such right as the 'right' to kill one's offspring. The attempt by Obama to ramrod 'the plan b' Nazi Medicine effort on this nation is evil because it plans to kill innocents and it plans to pay for that with taxpayers' dollars; and it also plan to kill the sick, elderly, handicapped as it 'caps' the delivery of any meaningful health care for them, and redirects all money to lawyers, PEER review groups [who gets health care services and what services and who doesn't and by how skilled a person] , insurance companies and courts. Remember the Obama plan is to fine individuals up to $1700 { I think that is correct figure read it in news] for being too poor to buy 'insurance' from companies whose goals are profit. And I am not speaking /writng against profits. A certain level of profits is essential for a business to stay in business, pay the workers, pay the bills for the location etc. There is obviously a difference in need and greed, and it is greed that drives the Obama plan. Obama took a $10 million dollar 2 week vacation before being inaugurated. Then another one 9 months later. And has globe-trotted ever since election seeing the world on taxpayers' money. He is not a stay at home President-do-your-job sort of guy at all. He is a cheerleader for the Olympics and a marketing guy for a lot of socialist causes but a President in name only. I am opposed to the Obama plan for many reasons.The primary reason for being opposed to it are the tiniest humans that you see in the photo above on this entry.
